I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Walmart (Cedar Rapids, IA) in July 2020
Interview
The interview was very easy. I was already an internal employee so the questions were probably easier than an external candidate. I basically had a general conversation with the manager over that area. They knew me and my work experience and work ethics so it was easy for me and basically asked one behavioral question on top of other job related questions.

Question 1
Tell me a time you went above and beyond to perform customer service. What happened and what was the result?
The process was very easy. Asked basic questions. I’m not sure if they pay much attention to your scheduling needs, however. Just answer honestly, and you will be fine. If you do have any scheduling issues, be sure to tell them so they can adjust your schedule if it suits their needs.
