Interview
It was easy. Its walmart so you just sit back and see if they want you or not. Just show up looking decent and show some professionalism. Tell them you can work weekends and you will get hire for sure.
It was a group interview and it was very informal. Just the basic questions, such as how do you deal with conflicts and how do you prioritize. Should be easy if you study for it.
Hiring manager was on vacation, red flag number one. I was brought into an office by the manager of the tire department, who sat at the desk and looked at me. I realized I was going to have to conduct the interview for him, red flag number two.
The position was advertised and I was told by the HR rep that it was for garden, when it was actually for toys and seasonal. Red flag number three.
Complete waste of time, other than I was amused by how unprofessional it was
