Interview
First you will fill out an application online and just hope they call you. Then you will interview with the department manager for your position. If that goes well you will have a panel interview with at least one assistant manager where they go back and forth asking questions. As long as that goes well they will generally offer you the position. You will have a day of orientation and then spend a couple of weeks doing your computer based training.

Interview
It was decently easy. Had a handful of scenario questions asked by a Lead associate, and a few minutes later I had a second interview with an Assistant Manager with another set of scenario questions. I was then given a job offer by the same Assistant Manager. I had to take a drug test the same day.
