Interview
Very simple but can be nerve racking because at times it’s done in groups. But other than that you just need to sound confident. it doesn’t really matter if you answer the same as the other person you’re interviewing with as I said,
just sound confident
Group interview and speed questions where it is similar to speed dating. You are given scenarios and you have to communicate how you would solve the issue. Overall it was a relatively easy interview if you have customer service experience.

Applied online, 3 rounds, first round is with the HR, followed by meeting with the hiring manager and then last one with the sales team member. The process is fairly quick with moving to the next round.
