Walmart Logistics interview questions

I have a hearing loss and hold a bachelor degree. The personnel manager said the job position wouldn't fit me and wouldn't let me take the job because of my hearing loss. And it would be too much work load for women like me. It was quite a negative experience with the Personnel.

They asked basic behavioral questions and asked me questions about my resume. It took about an hour and a few weeks later they brought me back into the office to sign the papers.
