Wayfair IT Engineer interview questions

It was real bad. literally3 months between initial contact with the recruiter to actual hire. i thought it was just the one HR rep, but it might be the entire department.

Very relaxed, but also pushed to get an idea of whether or not you knew what you were talking about. Didn't feel much pressure during the process. Met with a few people who were on the team I was applying for. They didn't have too many specific questions about the role on the IT side.
