Interview
The leadership was great, welcoming and warm. The environment seemed positive. They were a little small (Orem Utah location) but were working on expanding their customer service representatives and therefore their leaders. They were looking for both email and phone experienced leaders. Benefits sounded good, but salary offered was significantly lower than I was needing.

Interview
The interview went well. It was relaxed and there was a connection between the interviewers and I. The dialogue was free flowing and substantive and the hypothetical situation let me see into the way they view operations.
