It was quite straight forward. Not too difficult. This company was hiring a lot back at the time and I believe it was not too difficult to get in. As soon as you had studied something in Universitiy as speak at least 3 languages , being a bit nice and smart was enough to pass the interview.

Applied online and had a phone interview a few days later. Phone interview included basic resume questions as well as some scenario based questions. A basic math question is also asked. I moved on to the next round which was google hangout interview with one person. The interview questions regarded data you are provided with shortly before the interview. I was told I would hear back in about 1 week. I never heard back even after sending an initial thank you email and follow-up after a week had past. Given the amount of time put into applying and preparing, I found it rude not hearing back.

30 minute phone interview followed by in-house interview with different teams. I was asked to run through my background and current job. I had a very hard time hearing because there was a lot of background noise on their end and it was difficult to keep focus at times.
