I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Wayfair (Boston, MA) in Mar 2017
Interview
Tour of office before actual interview, then about 45 minutes of basic interview questions as well as a small case study. The people interviewing me included the current intern in the position I'd be taking and my direct manager.

Question 1
The case study was a bit challenging, but mostly because I didn't expect it and I did not have a lot of prior experience in digital marketing.
Four 20 minute virtual interviews with four different members of the team back to back. It was casual but very serious and professional. They were well coordinated so they didn’t ask the same questions as any other interviewer.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Wayfair (Boston, MA) in June 2011
Interview
The process was extremely quick, I applied online and was emailed to schedule an interview a few days later. I went into the main office for the interview that same week where I met with the 2 managers who I would be working under, as well as given a tour of the office. The whole interview was at most an hour long. I received the offer for the job by the end of the week and started my internship either the next week or the following (the fact that they wanted the intern to start so soon may have been a factor as to why the interview process went so quickly, but I do not know that for sure).

Question 1
The questions were pretty standard interview questions - explain your resume, why are you interested in this position, what are your career goals, etc. Nothing that caught me by surprise or anything out of the ordinary.
