I applied online. I interviewed at Wayfair (Newark, NJ) in Mar 2026
Interview
You speak to the recruiter first, who understands your background and experience. Once you complete that, you have a screening with one of the directors who assesses your technical ability. Once you complete that, you have four interviews, three behavioral, and one case study. The behavioral is more about "Tell me about a time." The case study is about labor planning, where you're asked to calculate HC based on Volume, Direct UPH, and Indirect % of hours. This is something that I struggled with during the interview, and would ask others to look at the formulas to calculate indirect hours based on Volume and UPH.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair (New York, NY) in Mar 2021
Interview
Very positive interview process. The recruiter was knowledgeable on answering role relevant questions and make the process a seamless experience for me. The whole process took 4 weeks and included hiring manager call, a case interview and virtual onsite with 4 team members.
