1 interview via google meet. I was over the job on the spot after being grilled for 20 minutes about why I want to work for Wayfair. The recruiter offered me the gig and then rushed me off of the call.

the interview process was very straightforward and simple. they asked star method questions about experience and took time to throughly answer any questions I may have had. Very easy process
It was fine, the person who interviewed me was lovely. Explained the role well, and very human. Took an interest in me and my skills, and didn't wait long to contact me to offer the role.

Interview
Two interviews. First was a phone screen with HR. Second was a 45 minute interview with two sales manager.
Overall, very friendly and the interview was conversational.
