I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair (Berlin) in Dec 2020
Interview
I was approached by their HR person who later lead me through the entire process and prepared me for every interview. There was a total of 4 30-60 minutes interviews with different people and a take-home assignment (system design and coding). Even though it sounds exhausting and too thorough, it's really not that bad. There are no trick questions or whiteboard coding and all the interviewers are friendly, positive and seem to want you to succeed.
The take-home assignment has two parts, system design and a coding part. It's nothing outrageous, you can probably imagine how it looks like. The challenging part is to figure out how deep you wanna go with both of them.
