I applied through university. I interviewed at Wayfair in Nov 2013
Interview
A few questions on OO, a few sorting complexity questions, what languages have you used, how to parse a number between 0 - 999 to a string (as if it were to be written for a check). Recruiters wanted to know about my school projects, interests and really anything about you for their cultural fit (not just CS knowledge). Really friendly!

Question 1
Was thrown off by the amount of cultural fit questions (favorite hobby, what do you do outside of CS), since I was expecting pure CS questions and maybe a few questions on my resume experience.
They get back to you exceptionally fast, so that was also pretty awesome!
It was good the process was smooth and got good experience by interacting with interviewers , First I cleared coading assessment then second was technical interview then last was HR interview overall all rounds are good

I applied online. I interviewed at Wayfair in Feb 2022
Interview
It was pretty nice. The interviewer was professional and communicated clearly. The IDE was pretty standard and the interviewer was happy to explain your question. It was my first interview so I was kinda nervous but it smooths out later.
