1. Recruiter Initial screening 2. Hiring Manager interview 3. Case Interview 4. Super round with multiple panel interviews. After initially getting through all the rounds of interview I was excited to work on negotiating the role and had a positive experience interviewing overall. The day I found out my offer I was told that my role was adjusted down based on my experience and changed the entire compensation package. It threw me off entirely because after 7 rounds of interview you would think HR and team members will realize the experience via your resume. No notification during the mid rounds for adjustments for the role at until the very end which gave me red flags about the experience itself. Also there wasn't any room for negotiating any compensation, bonuses, or vacation basically giving me the short hand of the stick and showed they didn't really value me as an asset to their team.
