I was contacted via email by a recruiter after applying online. The email was very bland and said nothing except "interview request" and a link to sign up. I had the interview about 10 days later with a current employee in the division. It was a typical consulting-style case interview, although poorly worded. The interviewer was also not friendly and seemed to not care at all. He bragged constantly about himself and showed no interest in me. I have interviewed at about 15 places in my job search. Wayfair is the ONLY one who never said a word to me after I interviewed. I never received any contact after being subjected to a 1.5 hour case study. Extremely rude and unprofessional interviewer and hiring process. They made it clear all they care about is data and numbers and quarterly reports.
