The actual process was fine. I got to the last round of interviews where I was told it was down to me and one other person. I was really excited about the opportunity and had tried reaching out to my recruiter several times several days after the last interview to find out if the role went to me or the other candidate. I never heard from the recruiter...I got an automated email almost two weeks later from the recruiting shared mailbox saying I didn't get the job. Never even got a callback from the recruiter after leaving a voicemail. I would have expected more from a company I spent hours of my own time interviewing with/ was willing to leave my current company for. Really disappointing. I've been contacted since then by another recruiter for a role in a different business line and turned down the interview entirely because of this thoughtless experience.
