5 phases of interview: Get to know round, CV round, Technical round (with manager), Business Development Round-1, Business Development Round-2. The 2nd and 3rd rounds will be technical, the other rounds will mostly be managerial.

It was a structured and professional process. The interviewer focused on understanding my background, experience with data analysis, and ability to work cross-functionally. We discussed KPI tracking, dashboarding in Power BI, and problem-solving using data. The conversation was engaging and collaborative, giving me good insight into the role and team culture.
