Interview
The interview process was like a normal interview with standard questions. The interviewer was nice and it lasted about 30 minutes if not less. I got a sense that everything was going good and that I would get an offer.

What is your previous experience working in customer service?
the interview process was very straightforward and simple. they asked star method questions about experience and took time to throughly answer any questions I may have had. Very easy process
It was fine, the person who interviewed me was lovely. Explained the role well, and very human. Took an interest in me and my skills, and didn't wait long to contact me to offer the role.

Interview
Two interviews. First was a phone screen with HR. Second was a 45 minute interview with two sales manager.
Overall, very friendly and the interview was conversational.
