Wayfair Vendor Relationship Manager interview questions

I was scheduled for a phone interview today, and the recruiter never called (I confirmed the correct time on the invite she sent). I emailed her 15 minutes into the interview when I hadn't received a call yet, but haven't gotten a response as of now. This was my first experience with Wayfair as an applicant, so I'm pretty disappointed. I'm not sure if this was an isolated incident, or if Wayfair is known for this kind of error. Before I judge fully, I'll see how they respond to the situation. Initially though, I'm frustrated that I made time in my schedule for this call and now the time has been wasted.
