The HR scheduled the interview. The interviewer didn’t join the link and the HR also did not pick up the call nor called back. I left an email as well to the interviewer and HR. Nobody replied nor gave any explanation for not joining the call. They wanted immediate joiners which I was at the point but still I do not know why they didn’t go through the process.
