First round interview on Zoom. Basic questions. Next round will be a group interview likely in Houston. You will be asked to do group assignments and popcorn interviews with multiple accessors.

couple of months required for the overall procedures: first interview with continental HR, then an onsite group activity and panel interview with different product line managers, The techincal questions were part of the group activity, very basic questions if you're graduated, they care mostly on the way you approach and interact with the team members. Overall I appreciated the format

First day:
Top Golf to get to know everyone. Which was fun.
Second day,
Introduction slides, group presentations, group activities including building Legos and speed interview questions.
During speed interview, you'll be asked the same question 3 times by 3 different groups. Which is exhausting.
