I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Wellframe (Boston, MA) in Jan 2018
Interview
Two phone calls, then in-person interviews w/4 members of the team in sequence. After two weeks, an additional in-person interview w/CEO. Was being considered for this role after an earlier role opportunity fizzled. The team seemed very friendly and bright. However, despite was seemed to be positive reports from around the team, at the last minute, the company indicated it was changing the job requirements to require a clinical degree, which I lacked. I noted an earlier Glassdoor review that seemed to be a similar story of the company interviewing candidates and then pulling the plug on the candidate and then revising the job description. Understandable to an extent, but inconsiderate of serious candidates who apply to positions judiciously.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Wellframe (Boston, MA) in Jan 2018
Interview
Began with a phone screening with the HR director, after which I was asked to come in and meet with 5 employees, and then again come back for a second round in person interview to meet with another 4 employees. I was kept in the loop throughout the entire process by HR between interviews.
