I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wiley in Apr 2017
Interview
Went through one phone screen with HR recruiter, then one phone interview with hiring manager. Both the hiring manager and recruiter were knowledgeable about the company and the position. Each seemed to go well and was very promising, then shortly after learned I was not moving forward in the process. No explanation or feedback given, so is disappointing and not very helpful. I did appreciate how quickly the process moved - recruiter was prompt to respond, gave accurate timelines and was generally pleasant.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
A few standard questions, but most others were behavioral (i.e. tell me about a time..., how would you handle xyz..., etc.)

Interview
Apply, screening call, interview, ghosted.
The application was simple enough, uploaded a CV, but the cover letter was optional. A few weeks later, the internal recruiter called and sorted out an interview date immediately. Had a long interview remotely, which went positively, hiring managers seemed interested and willing to follow-up via email. Then, received an automated mass rejection as if I hadn't taken part in an interview; language was the same as screening rejection.
Interview questions [3]
Question 1
Can you explain to us what you think the role does on a day-to-day?
Leute waren freundlich.

Interview
Quick call with HR rep followed by a 45 minute call with the hiring manager. Both calls were very friendly and relatively casual. Questions were typical for an acquisitions editor role. Hiring manager was very open about the challenges of the position.
