Phone call with HR first then phone call with the person who was eventually my manager. If you're in state, an in person interview will most likely happen. Since I was out of state it was just over the phone.

Attended an interview with Wiley Sri Lanka for a Software Engineering Internship, where I shared my academic background, technical skills, and passion for learning while discussing potential contributions to real-world projects.
The interview went pretty smoothly. three rounds of interviews that included questions on past experience, analytical skills and behavioural questions. The questions were straight forward and the interviewer was very welcoming
