I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Winn-Dixie in July 2011
Interview
There were 4 separate interviews. One phone interview/screener call, the next was a one-on-one with the direct supervisor. The next was with the regional manager and the final interview was a meet and greet with store management.
