Interview

Prior to interview, I was also asked to complete a case study exercise. I really liked the culture at the firm.

50 min test sent by email - true or false reading comprehension on financial documents - not tricky at all, followed by two back to back interviews in Oxford.

Had an initial telephone interview. Then had tests to do online. After this was called to office in Oxford for an interview. Given tests similar to the tests I had to do online. Was asked to talk about a topic that I was asked to prepare for beforehand.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Winton Group (Oxford, England) in Oct 2014
Interview
Phone interview with head of HR followed by a face-to-face in the London office. This was personality/background orientated followed by a half our accounting task. Final interview in the Oxford office which consisted of two interviews with fairly senior staff. First was more conversational, asking you quick fire questions about finance related topics. Second was with two interviewers who guided you through answering brainteaser type questions with a focus on probability.
