Interview
I got a call from Impact Infotech that there was opportunity at Wipro, but on pay roll of Impact Infotech. I was called at client location for review which was HDFC Bank (Trade Star, Sakinaka). Some other person was supposed to take interview, but he couldn't turn up, so one of senior member came to take interview. Interview was fairly simple, if you know how to maintain and setup desktop and remotely control desktop using NetMeeting and similar software.

The process was quite simple. There were 2 rounds. The H.R. round and Technical round. The H.R round was entirely basic questions like why you want to work on this profile. The technical round was interesting. the interviewer was very nice, even though I was not to the point in some answers, but he gets the idea and assume I know the answer to it.
