Recently I had an interview with Wipro for Network Administrator role. I had applied online and got a call from HR for interview. It went well but I hadn't heard back from them for 2 weeks. So I tried to approach HR who scheduled the interview. After multiple calls and mails I still hadn't got proper answer. It has been 2 months now and I think that's how they operate now. No feedback, no rejection, just leaving everything on the edge for the people applying for job to decide whether or not to apply for the same company again.
