Interview with hiring manager arranged by 3rd party (offshore) agency. I could not understand the hiring manager at all and just hung up. Never done that before but I thought, how can I work for this guy if the only way we can communicate is by email since he only spoke mumblenglish? Oh, it was painful.

First round would be l1 interview where they will be assessing technical efficiency

Good process with three levels of interview L1 technical, L2 technical + managerial and then HR discussion. The role was for a Java Developer with SBI client. The question difficulty was easy to moderate.
