aptitude/written part is hurdle. for reasoning you should prepare before going to part this drive.rest thing you can clear ..be confident at least with 1-2 paper and try to convert the interview in that direction.
There were 3 rounds.
1) Technical OA : 2 Dsa coding questions were asked in this round. And some MCQs were there
2) Communication round
3) Hr interview + Technical interview
It was a online interview process they did not ask much only simple data structures questions was asked and then they were more interested about self assessment rest the interview was smooth going
