Interview
It was a review of my experience. We discussed the position and talked about how I handled certain high stress situations. We also discussed how I handled work loads. The pre interview was with the recruiter, the second was a phone interview and then the final interview was in person. The final interview was really just a meet and greet to find out if I fit with the team.

Interview
Got call from consultancy for the opening. I had phone interview with basic questions. Then simply made me to submit all documents into their website in a hurry. Then had technical interview with a Manager for insurance domain. But later no response or results were announced. Very poor management. Never join this kind of Org who does not give importance to candidates time and value.
