Interview is good and depends on the project we get interviewed .
One can attend by applying online and crack the interview with preparation
JCL, COBOL, DB2 must be prepared very well

There was a basic technical round where they have analysed my skillset and compared it with their actual requirement. Then was the final technical interview which was slightly tougher than the first round.

In technical they Asked basic questions of JCL COBOl and DB2.
