Interview
I had only one interview combined for both technical and H.R. aspects. The interview panel was more concentrated on personality development, knowledge about the organization, understanding of the roles and responsibilities of a software developer and general processes included in software development. The panel asked for a brief description of my final year project and my role in its development. Also, they discussed plans and aspirations and the kind of experience I seek from an organization.
This is the best experience I have ever had.
All the process is new way for me,such like interview on line ,get badge directly while onboard.
