      Senior Software Test Engineer Interview

      12 July 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Dublin, Dublin
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wipro (Dublin, Dublin) in July 2019

      Interview

It took 2+ weeks to schedule a phone interview and no one showed up or bothered to ring. It happened in two occasions and finally some one came on Webex with no video when I mentioned about unprofessional practice to recruitment agency. BTW the call was from India. After 15mins interview they informed recruiter that they were looking for person with same experience as job description. If that was the case why did they wanted to talk to me in first place. I wouldn't work for them anyway but can't believe such company and practice does exist in today's world. Totally unprofessional, never had such experience. I believe such incident reflects the company culture and if that's the case in common and not rectified soon then those companies will vanish sooner or later.
