Wix KickStart Graduate Program interview questions

5 Leetcode questions exam in Wix office and then an hour and an half Google Meet interview with two developers. After that was supposed to be a design interview and than HR interview.

Interview Process: The first stage involved solving several LeetCode-style questions, including finding the peak height of a mountain, converting a number to Roman numerals, decoding a string using a stack, and searching for a word in a matrix. The second stage was an interview with two Wix employees. The interview itself was pleasant, and the interviewers were attentive. Interview Experience: While the overall experience was positive, during the coding question stage, it felt like the interviewers were not open to new ideas and were looking for a very specific solution. This made the process somewhat frustrating, as it seemed creativity and alternative approaches were not encouraged.
