Interview
I had one interview at the head office, about 40 minutes long.
Typically one or two director(s)/team leader(s) are present.
Very good atmosphere, friendly, they listen to your expectations and try to accomodate them.
They will present the company to you but it is of course advisable to visit the website before and do some research. There is a relatively good internal mobility so if you want to try out a couple of teams before deciding where you want to go, it might be possible. The answer was given fast: about a week after the interview. Be prepared to negociate your salary at the first interview or over the phone!

Question 1
Very generic questions, felt like just a honest discussion rather than being interrogated. Please present yourself a bit, Why do you want to work here? Where do you see yourself in 3-5 years?
To get to the interview panel was very competitive, around eight to eight hundred people got to the stage. Average panel interview for 1 position. Interview was fair and was mainly predictable questions.
