I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Workday (Provo, UT) in Mar 2017
Interview
The first interview was brief and pleasant, the interviewer asked questions about my resume and experience. Most of the questions afterward were behavioral/situational questions. Then, the second interview was a video chat, which had connectivity issues so that was a bummer.

Question 1
If one of your teammates appears to be slacking off and not pulling their weight, do you report them or what is your plan of addressing the issue?
I applied online. I interviewed at Workday (Pleasanton, CA) in June 2021
Interview
Basic behavioral questions and questions from my resume, asked about what kind of role I was looking for, explained the team a bit. In all, it was fairly standard. The interviewer was very receptive to questions, and spent a nice amount of time answering the questions I had.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Workday in Feb 2019
Interview
The interview process is slow. Applied online, screened by the recruiter over the phone, then the hiring manager over the phone, then the team of management onsite. Started off a lot of basic interview questions, describe yourself, strengths...etc. Some behavior questions like how to gain trusts, and etc, and some finance technical questions like accruals.
Had a phone interview and it was mostly general, similar to a basic phone interview questions. They asked why I wanted this position and what I knew about it. The interviewer was nice. However, I did not hear back on this for a long time.
