I applied online and was contacted by a Workday Recruiter within a couple days. The recruiter requested to schedule a phone interview. Which was very casual, simple screening questions just to see if I was a good fit. She then scheduled a second interview with one of the teammebers. This interview went more into detail on the job role and what the team worked on (approx 30min). Interview went well and was asked to schedule an additional phone interview with the team manager. This interview was approximately 30 minutes. The manager went over all the teams that worked together. This interview was more conversational. I find they really focused on cultural fit more than anything during this interview. The team manager advised he would like me to speak with another team manager. The recruiter scheduled another phone interview. This was also conversational. Was asked several questions such as describe a difficult situation and how I handled this situation. If I worked well on teams and how my current coworkers would describe me. I asked what the next steps in the interview process would be, and was advised they narrowed the search down to a hand few and still have a few people to interview. I followed up a couple days later, the recruiter advised that they went with another candidate.
