I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Workday (Pleasanton, CA)
Interview
Technical screen via phone for about 30 mins and onsite interview followed. Onsite interview consisted of 4 to 5 people for half a day and depending on the interviewer, technical depth was different. After the onsite interview, received offer on the same day.
I applied online. I interviewed at Workday (Dublin, Dublin) in June 2025
Interview
2 Rounds. Cleared first round, second round was told they need someone with more leadership skills. They were looking for someone that had "managed tools by themselves instead of being told what to do". I had 3 years of experience.

Interview
They give a take-home test after the HR call. This is the most unprofessional company I have come across. They have ghosted me multiple times for multiple roles during the interview process. I don't wish you to work for a company that doesn't value candidates.

Question 1
The take-home test is unrealistic with just an hour for coding+log analysis+MCQs.
