Interview
Starting with recruiter, then hiring Manager, then one Team member, finally: A Panel Interview with a case study to prepare. After that you will Receiver the final offer from Workday. Fair Process that takes some time but gives you the Chance to get to Know the Company and team.

Interview
The interview process was drawn out and much too long. I participated in 4 rounds of interviews over the course of 6 weeks. Everyone was generally nice but the effort that you put into the final round presentation prompt is extremely time consuming an didn't seem acknowledged. Not to mention, there was a full 10 days that passed between my final round interview and the official decision, with no updates on timeline in between - just crickets for 10 days. Once I was informed that I was not selected for the position, I asked for feedback yet received no response from the recruiter, even after a second follow up attempt. This was a bit disappointing given the time and effort I put into their process; but moving on as it wasn't meant to be!

Interview
Had generic screen call, I believe it went well but I also understand there isn't always a fit.
Process was told to be HR Screen, Zoom with Hiring Manager and teammate followed by 45 min presentation.
While the recruiter was professional during our interactions, my frustration lies in the post-call experience. The rejection email mentioned an attempt to call me, which I never received, no missed call, no VM - seemed templated.
Regardless, I followed up with a 'Thank You' email expressing my disappointment in decision but asked for feedback to improve for future opportunities, but I received no response. Again, this is normal for the most part but it is much more disappointing and tone-deaf for a company to then send out an email requesting feedback from candidates, while failing to provide any in return, it indicates a lack of communication and respect for candidates'.
Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. We strive to create a transparent, communicative, and clear hiring process for everyone. We take feedback very seriously and would advise you to please send us an email at Interview@workday.com and we will get in touch with you.
Thank you for your time and consideration and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
