I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at World Wide Technology (Edwardsville, IL) in Nov 2016
Interview
The interview process is a team interview. It's relaxed and you can see how much they truly love their jobs. They believe that when you are selected for an interview, that you can be trained for whatever position you applied for. Because of that, the interviews are more of them getting to know you and your personality to see if you will mesh well with their team. Things asked are along the lines of, If you could do anything you wanted, what would it be? What do you do in your spare time? When asked to tell them about yourself, they're not talking about your credentials. They already have that on paper. They want to know about you as a person. It was incredibly refreshing and it was easy to relax and be more comfortable during the interview. It was more like a conversation than an interview.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at World Wide Technology (Edwardsville, IL) in July 2013
Interview
Very planned and professional in nature. The person performing the interview made the process very personable, more of a conversation. The atmosphere in the office also made the experience enjoyable as the business acumen oozed out of everyone I met.
