Interview
Put application in, heard back pretty quickly.
Had a casual 'screen' first interview with business development director where we went over some requirements, work history, and company cultural fit, among other things. Very friendly and straight forward. It assured me that it might be a company that would work out, for me.
After a few days we met again, this time with the director of software development in a boardroom. This was more hard skills related, what have you been exposed to, technology-wise, and "what challenges have you had in your career and professional development so far?" type of questions.
Overall very nice team, very honest people, and seem very trustworthy. Looking forward to starting!
