Pros

Hybrid model and mid benefits

Cons

-A lot of high employee turnover, which makes it difficult to build long-term stability and continuity across teams. -VERY top-down leadership style. As a startup, many decisions are centralized with the CEO, which can limit autonomy and create pressure without always considering employee well-being. - PTO policy is super limited to where employees accrue only 10 days of PTO annually, and there are no dedicated sick days, which can make work-life balance challenging. -Startup environment means fast pace and shifting priorities, which may not be ideal for those looking for structured processes and clear long-term planning. -No diversity

Pros

Some co-workers are nice to work with

Cons

Misogynistic culture from leadership - they will make the females do admin duties, they do not care about who you are and have no interest in you as a person. Extremely corporate mindset with no benefits of being at a start up - so you get no corporate benefits or the usual start up benefits.
