1st round is 15 minute phone screen with the hiring manager
2nd round is a 2.5 hour onsite; 30 minute interviews with 5 team members
Both rounds were majority behavioral based questions
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Yahoo (Omaha, NE)
Interview
The interview itself went fine. The interviewers were friendly and we had small talk to break the ice.
The recruiters for Oath are doing a great job at steering candidates away rather than attract them though. If you work with Pierce Klein, be prepared for him to never respond to your emails. I get it, recruiters are busy….but following up several times over weeks (and sometimes no response at all) has made me lose respect for Oath. Recruiters are the face of the company and if they don’t treat candidates with respect, then they may turn away good talented people. I have worked with several recruiters and this experience was by far the most disappointing. I will not be applying again because I don’t want to deal with the recruiting experience again.

Question 1
The questions were not hard, but be prepared to give figures on how you have saved your company money in the past.
