I applied through a career fair. The process took me about 4 months. The process included phone interview, design challenge and an onsite interview (Sunnyvale, CA). I had to keep following up with the recruiters because they were so slow. The interview overall wasn't hard, but they asked a lot of questions on visual design. I guess if you have a strong passion for visual, you will be a good fit. I realized I wasn't a fit when because my skillsets are more about UX, on both research and UX design.

Question 1
Once you got blocked, how did you unblock yourself?
It has taken the home challenges and whiteboard. Sent me the rejection after 3 weeks, and it uses the robot to let me know the result at 3 AM! I don't feel like this is a company that respects interviewees.

Interview
I had a screening interview with the director of product design and a junior designer of the DAP program. I was moved to the design challenge and was given one week to complete the challenge. When I submit the design challenge, there's no response from the recruiter. After a few days, the recruiter sent me a rejection and explained that they won't be able to provide feedback.
