I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Yahoo (Sunnyvale, CA)
Interview
Incredibly thorough process with peers, leaders as well as cross functional people. It was a good chance to begin really exploring how each person approaches work as well as communication within the group. I felt that there was transparency throughout the process. Each person also brought a different part of the business to the table to discuss. This gave me a chance to show my discovery and problem solving approaches.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Yahoo (Singapore) in Mar 2013
Interview
There were a lot of interviewers but the questions were unstructured and focused mostly on the role and personalities. I spent 3 days (1st interview is a screening interview), 2nd interview was with the team and 3rd interview was with the Head of the team. Questions were fairly easy if you know the role well enough.
