I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Yelp (San Francisco, CA) in July 2025
Interview
two rounds! one phone screening, which was more of a tell me about yourself and describing what the role consists of. second round takes about an hour long, a lot of behavioral questions, listening to different audios of past calls and give ur feedback, a roleplay between u and your manager, they will you feedback and see if you're able to apply the feedback and will roleplay again. they took about 3-5 days to get back and will email you to schedule a call for an offer
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Yelp (Austin, TX) in May 2026
Interview
The interview process was pleasant from start to finish. It included a recruiter phone screen, a video call with the sales manager, a role play exercise, and the opportunity to implement the manager’s feedback.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
One question they asked during my interview was what specifically about the role made me feel it was a strong fit for my background and experience.
The interview process with Yelp was a very organized experience. From the first email after I put in my application, to the offer extension call, I always felt well informed and included.
It was a one time interview over video call with a pre call before. One on one with a training manager. Pretty simple not too hard at all. Lasted 30 minutes with questions and role plays.
