apply online, asks me to do a design test over the weekend...(you can find it out online, the test remains the same for several years). then rejected me. they are fishing for solutions.

I submitted my resume and got a mail to schedule a phone interview, the phone interview was actually very easy but i was not prepared.

I guess the recruiter has taken the initial phone interview not any technical person, she was just reading questions one by one
