I applied for this position and heard back from their recruiting office about 4 or 5 days later. They had sent me an email saying they'd like to schedule a phone interview with me and gave me specific times and asked which two would work best for me. They were efficient in getting back to me and had given a 10 minute period of time in which they'd call you. The phone interview lasts as they say, around 15 mins. Its really informal; they ask you about a time you face adversity, when you've found yourself competitive, and give you more information about the position you applied for and how they work as a business. The recruiter was easy to talk to.
