I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Yelp (San Francisco, CA) in June 2015
Interview
Made it through the 1st interview which was a 10-15 minute phone interview. It was fairly simple and relaxed. My interviewer was polite, calm, and not overly critical. Below are the questions he asked. He told me I made it through the first round if interviews and that I would be contacted via email for the second round which included a background check and Skype interview with 3 interviews.
